  • Position Title:
    Civil Engineer
  • Experience Required:
    2–3 Years
  • Project Exposure:
    Utility-Scale Solar Power Projects up to 30 MW Capacity
  • Location:
    Bhatinda, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Execute all civil works related to the solar project such as:
  • Module Mounting Structure (MMS) foundations
  • Inverter & Control Room Buildings
  • Transformer foundations, cable trenches, approach roads, drains, and boundary wall
  • Piling work
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

2. Quality Control & Material Testing

  • Ensure implementation of quality standards and adherence to IS codes.
  • Conduct field tests for concrete, soil compaction, and materials as per QAP.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quality test reports, pour cards, and inspection checklists.

3. Surveying & Layout Control

  • Verify site contour and topographical surveys.
  • Ensure accurate layout marking for MMS foundations, roads, drains, and cable trenches using total station or auto level.
  • Monitor elevation levels, slope, and grading to maintain design requirements.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare and update Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
  • Track material consumption and reconcile with BOQ quantities.
  • Support project planning and scheduling through regular progress updates to management.

5. Coordination

  • Coordinate with the design team for drawing discrepancies or technical clarifications.
  • Liaise with the electrical and mechanical teams for interface works.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution.

6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Ensure all civil activities comply with site safety norms and environmental guidelines.

Qualification & Background:

1.    B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply).

2.
Experience in Ground-Mounted Solar PV Projects at least upto 30 MW capacity.

3.
Exposure to EPC or Developer-side project execution.
