Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer
to join our PMC team for a major construction supervision project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Review and approve material submittals and method statements.
  • Assist in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
  • Report any deviations or delays to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 7-12 years in construction supervision, preferably in PMC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
