At Branding Speak, we're not just about clicks — we're about meaningful, scalable performance + branding strategies. We're on the lookout for a Performance Marketer who's sharp with numbers, fluent in creative strategy, and ready to make an impact across borders.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, launch & optimize paid ad campaigns on Google,
  • Collaborate with creatives to build conversion-focused messaging
  • Track performance via Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL
  • Create insightful reports and communicate results with clients in India & the US
  • Suggest strategies that balance performance and branding

You Must Have:

  • 1–2 years of agency experience in performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Basic knowledge of branding principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal + written)
  • Analytical mindset with a love for data

Bonus If You Have:

A/B testing & landing page optimization experience

  • Funnel strategy or email marketing knowledge
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, HubSpot, or Data Studio
