Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and support cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, finance, etc.) for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve operational processes and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in resource allocation, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Support management in strategic planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of ERP/CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
