We are hiring for an
Implementation Analyst
with strong expertise in
Release Management and CI/CD Automation
to support our
Australia-based client
. This role demands hands-on experience in managing release cycles, coordinating deployments, and ensuring production readiness across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end release and implementation activities across multiple teams.
  • Maintain release calendars, conduct planning meetings, and ensure deployment readiness.
  • Manage dependencies between systems and facilitate go/no-go decisions for releases.
  • Lead production deployments, including BVT planning, Hypercare coordination, and incident management.
  • Continuously enhance release processes for greater efficiency and compliance.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in
    DevOps
    ,
    CI/CD pipelines
    , and
    release coordination
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Jenkins pipeline
    and
    SOLPAC/CIP documentation
    .
  • Understanding of
    production readiness
    and
    implementation controls
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Good-to-Have:

  • Basic
    SharePoint
    knowledge.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5–8 years of relevant release coordination or DevOps experience.

Prior exposure to
financial domain
or
Australian client environments
preferred.

Able to work remotely with onshore teams in different time zones.
