Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and execute effective social media strategies that align with business goals, focusing on increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and high-quality content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Channel Management: Oversee all social media channels, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond promptly to comments and messages. Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement new strategies. Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with broader marketing initiatives. Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate campaign success and optimize performance based on data. Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement. Budget Management: Manage the social media budget effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI). Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about social media algorithms, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presence. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a successful track record in managing social media channels and driving engagement. Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and interact effectively with diverse audiences. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creativity: Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
