**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and sales/marketing teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using social media management and advertising platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
