About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing communities, and implementing campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and original content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure brand relevance.
  • Manage and grow online communities, engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs, and building positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, performance marketing, product, and sales) to support integrated campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and optimize ad spend for best ROI.
  • Work with influencers and brand partners for collaborations and content amplification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
