Urgent Job Opening for Senior Sales Executive / Manager
Position - Senior Sales Executive / Manager
Location - Shimla, Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales targets, product mix, and margin optimization.
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network, ensuring timely collections & inventory.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Implement branding activities and secondary market development.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights for business growth.
- Monitor sales operations, reporting, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure execution of carpenter/architect meets and local branding initiatives.
- Plan and execute new product launches and liquidation of dead stock.
Key Competencies:
- Proven track record in sales & business development.
- Strong distributor/channel management & leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with cost & margin focus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, DMS/SFA tools.
- Decision-Making Authority:
- Independent: Sales target setting, team visit planning, local branding/events.
- Joint (Peers/Seniors): Campaign planning, new distributor appointments, product/service feedback.
