Sales Managers – PROJECT SALES – Chennai

Summary ∙Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions. ∙Responsible for setting up Project Dealers & Channel Partners in the assigned areas. Experience ∙7-10 years of sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have technical sales experience and worked with architects, projects & end customers. ∙Should have handled customer accounts and key customer accounts individually.

Primary responsibility ∙Sales & Marketing of company products to existing and new customers ∙Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and projects. ∙Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers. ∙

Generate & follow-up leads and referrals from field activity. ∙Prepare presentations, submission and negotiation of quotations. ∙Maintain sales and marketing collaterals. ∙Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.

∙Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales. ∙Payment collection. ∙Other sales specific duties assigned as deemed fit from time-to-time Additional responsibilities ∙Support Design and Projects team with required inputs from site.

Knowledge and Skill requirement ∙

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ∙Ability to persuade and influence customers. ∙Ability to develop and deliver product presentations. ∙Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company. ∙Maintain a professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
