
Project Sales Manager

Summary:
Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
Responsible for setting up Project Dealers & Channel Partners in the assigned areas.
Experience:
5-10 years of sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products.
Should have technical sales experience and worked with architects, projects & end customers.
Should have handled customer accounts and key customer accounts individually.
Qualification
Preferably should hold a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Primary responsibility:
Sales & Marketing of company products to existing and new customers
Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and projects.
Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers.
Generate & follow-up leads and referrals from field activity.
Prepare presentations, submission and negotiation of quotations.
Maintain sales and marketing collaterals.
Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
Payment collection.
Other sales specific duties assigned as deemed fit from time-to-time
Additional responsibilities:
Support Design and Projects team with required inputs from site.
Knowledge and Skill requirement:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Ability to develop and deliver product presentations.
Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public

Working conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Work involves significant local travel and may call for overnight travel.
Should possess a valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
