  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, etc.
  • Manage attendance and leave tracking systems.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain and submit necessary reports and documentation.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys and resolve employee grievances.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate with managers for goal setting and evaluation.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
  • Coordinate and track internal/external training sessions.
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure HR policies are followed across departments.
  • Assist in drafting and updating company HR policies.
  • Exit Formalities:
  • Conduct exit interviews.
