Customer Service Executive – Mediglo Clinic

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

About the Role:

Mediglo Clinic is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient interactions, appointment management, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at the reception.
  • Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update databases.
  • Coordinate between patients, doctors, and clinic staff for daily operations.
  • Handle billing and payment collection processes efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area.
  • Address patient feedback and escalate concerns when required.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (with good communication skills).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).
  • Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
