Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer support interactions effectively. The role also involves building positive relationships with clients and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Proficiency in Customer Service and managing customer interactions professionally
- Knowledge in Customer Service Management to handle processes and maintain service quality
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
