Role & responsibilities

We are urgently looking for skilled and innovative "SPM Design Engineers" with hands-on experience in designing special-purpose machines.

Total Positions: 04

Job Location: Mundhwa, Pune

The ideal candidate(s) shall have a strong background in mechanical designs, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work on engineering projects from concept to commissioning.

NOTE: We have 02 openings for SolidWorks and 02 openings for UG NX software expertise.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Create detailed 3D models of Special Purpose Machines based on technical specifications.
  • Selection of standard components like Servo motors, Pneumatic cylinders, Ball screw, Linear Motion (LM) Guide, and Integration of these in the assembly model.
  • Hands-on Experience on CAD software:
  • I) SolidWorks software: To design parts, assemblies, and complete machine systems and create 2D drafting.
  • II) UG NX software: To design parts, assemblies, and complete machine systems and create 2D drafting. Sol
  • Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, including CNC machining, sheet metal work, fabrication, and welding.
  • Consider material selection, tolerances, and ease of assembly in all designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, automation) to integrate design with control systems and automation.
  • Generate 2D/3D fabrication drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly instructions.
  • Support prototyping, initial build phases, machine trials, functional testing, and debugging.
