Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and manage dealer and distributor networks across the assigned territory.
  • Develop new industrial clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and provide basic technical support.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and collect customer feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and dealer meets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in welding or industrial product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering.
  • Prior experience in dealer network development is preferred.
