Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The executive will also be involved in market research, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
