Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inbound sales executives.
  • Track daily performance metrics such as call handling, lead conversion, and TATs.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
  • Sales & Conversion
  • Drive sales from inbound leads generated through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and referral sources.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient closure of leads.
  • Optimize processes for higher conversion ratios and ensure target achievement
  • Process Adherence & Customer Experience
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and enhance customer experience at all stages of the sales process.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Share regular reports with senior management on sales performance and pipeline.

Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for lead quality improvement.
