Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inbound sales executives.
- Track daily performance metrics such as call handling, lead conversion, and TATs.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- Sales & Conversion
- Drive sales from inbound leads generated through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and referral sources.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient closure of leads.
- Optimize processes for higher conversion ratios and ensure target achievement
- Process Adherence & Customer Experience
- Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and enhance customer experience at all stages of the sales process.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Share regular reports with senior management on sales performance and pipeline.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for lead quality improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of home loans / mortgage loan products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Customer-oriented with a focus on service quality
- Familiarity with CRM tools and loan management systems
