Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Tele Sales & Career Advisor to guide prospective students and corporate clients through our training offerings. You'll handle both inbound and outbound communication, understand individual client needs, and offer tailored course recommendations that pave the way for career growth in IT networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach via phone calls to engage with potential students and
corporate leads. - Understand client career goals and counsel them on suitable training
- pathways such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
- Articulate the value of Networkers Home's offerings including lab access,
experienced trainers, and placement support. - Achieve and exceed monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and
follow-up schedules. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless
onboarding and candidate support.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in tele sales, counseling, or customer
service preferably in education or IT training. - Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, target-oriented self-starter.
- Basic knowledge of IT networking concepts is a plus (training will be provided)
