Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical services, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical support to clients. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment. The role also requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Services, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and diagnosing issues
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and coordination with internal teams
  • Relevant technical certifications or degrees in Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in the construction and material handling equipment industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technical equipment and tools
