Quality Assurance Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Good eLearning background and understanding of Hands-on experience in testing HTML5 on various web browsers
  • Knowledge of UI/UX testing Understanding of 508 / accessibility guidelines is an added plus
  • Should be diligent and ready to work in crunched timelines
  • Good communication skills and a good team player
  • Candidate should know eLearning testing
  • Content QA Functionality testing
  • Effective and clear bug reporting
  • Creating test plans and strategies
  • Identifying and documenting defects
  • Tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count)
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Centre)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital products.
