Key Responsibilities

Connect with candidates regarding job opportunities in the airline sector.

Handle domestic calling process (only Hindi language required).

Shortlist suitable candidates as per required qualifications.

Verify candidate documents before final selection.

Maintain basic record of candidate status.

Achieve daily/weekly targets and support the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Any stream).

Experience: Freshers can apply.

Language: Hindi (mandatory).

Skills :

o Good communication & convincing ability.

o Confidence in handling candidate queries.

Note: No computer knowledge required.
