Front Office Manager – Kyzen Hotels

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Front Office Operations (Hospitality)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations and drive exceptional guest service. This role manages the team, coordinates with departments, ensures smooth check-ins/check-outs, and maintains hotel service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front office operations and guest interactions.
  • Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest complaints.
  • Lead, train, and schedule the front office team.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
  • Monitor occupancy, room allocations, and revenue reports.
  • Handle VIP guests and ensure personalized service.
  • Maintain front office systems, supplies, and service standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with hotel PMS (Opera/IDS/Cloud systems).
  • Problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities.
  • Professional grooming and guest-centric mindset.
  • Experience in 3- or 4-star hotels is a plus.
