Job Overview
We are hiring a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations and drive exceptional guest service. This role manages the team, coordinates with departments, ensures smooth check-ins/check-outs, and maintains hotel service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office operations and guest interactions.
- Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest complaints.
- Lead, train, and schedule the front office team.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
- Monitor occupancy, room allocations, and revenue reports.
- Handle VIP guests and ensure personalized service.
- Maintain front office systems, supplies, and service standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with hotel PMS (Opera/IDS/Cloud systems).
- Problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities.
- Professional grooming and guest-centric mindset.
- Experience in 3- or 4-star hotels is a plus.
