Key Responsibilities:-

  • Receive, verify, and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in real time.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
  • Monitor and report slow-moving, damaged, or expired materials.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of all items as per SOPs.
  • Prepare documentation such as GRN, Issue Slips, Return Notes, and stock reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and production teams for inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper handling procedures in the store.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and support process improvements in warehouse operations.

Skills & QualificationsEducational Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

Experience

  • 3–9 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
