Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders related to CCTV, surveillance, and security systems.
- Ensure timely download, study, and submission of tender documents.
- Prepare bid checklists, compliance matrices, and submission schedules.
- Maintain 100% compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of latest CCTV technologies and government
- security mandates.
- Maintain a bid tracker (submitted, won, lost, reasons for loss).
- Report weekly/monthly status of tenders, submissions, and pipeline.
- Provide win/loss analysis to management for improving future bids.
- Manage bid preparations from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality tenders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to gather requirements and develop compelling tender documents.
- Conduct thorough analysis of government tenders on Gem portal and other relevant platforms to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
