Job Responsibilities

a) Role and responsibilities as defined in State Factory Rules.

b) Developing, implementing, and maintaining safety plans, procedures, and policies

c) Assessing workplace hazards and risks and recommending ways to mitigate them

d) Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols

e) Investigating incidents and accidents, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions

f) To educate employees about safety protocols and practices by conducting safety training workshops and orientation sessions.

g) To foster a culture of safety where every worker feels responsible for the safety of themselves and their colleagues.

h) Up to date on emerging safety trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

i) To maintain records and documentation related to safety, ISO 45001 & 14001.

j) To organize Mock drills as per requirement of EPRP

k) To plan, organize audits and to maintain record as per ISO 45001: 2018 & ISO 14001:2015 standard

v) Ability to conduct Qualitative & Quantitative risk analysis / Aspect / Impact / JSA and to make SOP accordingly.
