Job Summary
The
Client Delivery Specialist
is a pivotal, client-facing role responsible for the seamless and on-time execution of contracted digital marketing services and campaigns. This role acts as the operational bridge between the client and our internal delivery teams (e.g., SEO, PPC, Content, Design) to ensure projects are executed flawlessly, meet client expectations, and align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign & Project Coordination
- End-to-End Delivery:
Oversee the operational workflow for multiple digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing) from initiation to final reporting. - Timeline & Resource Management:
Create and maintain detailed project delivery schedules, coordinate resource allocation across internal teams, and actively track project milestones to ensure deadlines are met. Service Activation:
Facilitate the technical and logistical setup for new services, including access provisioning, tracking code deployment, and platform integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).Client Communication & Reporting
Operational Liaison:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day service delivery status, timelines, and logistical issues.- Performance Monitoring:
Track and gather campaign performance data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist in the preparation of clear, concise performance reports and presentations for client reviews. Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve operational roadblocks, internal dependencies, or service delivery issues, escalating critical concerns to the appropriate management level promptly.Quality Assurance & Optimization
Quality Control:
Conduct checks to ensure all deliverables (e.g., ad copy, tracking links, landing pages) adhere to the client's brand guidelines, contractual scope, and internal quality standards before launch.- Process Improvement:
Document existing delivery processes, identify areas for efficiency gains, and contribute to the development of best practices and standardization of our digital service delivery framework. - Scope Management:
Help manage client expectations regarding project scope, clearly documenting and communicating any changes or additions that may impact timelines or budget.
