How will you do it?

• Responsible for the timely and accurate performance of the General Ledger, closing of books and reporting process. To execute the operations of the Record to Report on a daily basis so the IBC operational excellence and customer service objectives are realized within the given guidelines and policies.

• Deliver RTR operations, ME Closing, Reporting, Balance Sheet   Reconciliations, MJE, HFM / One stream reporting etc.

• Partner with Business Finance and Stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls and to the process landscape 

• Contribute ideas and action towards the continuous improvement of processes  

• Support strategic projects and initiatives

• Support and drive new system implementation / ERP go live or any enhancement project.

• Support Audit and internal control testing and ensure compliance

What we look for?

• Bachelor/ master's degree in finance & accounting / Chartered / Cost Accountant.

• Must have 4-7 years' experience in RTR

• In-depth hands-on experience of month end closing & Reporting

• Revenue recognition experience will be an added advantage

• Expert in MS Excel

• Excellent in English communication and stakeholder management

• Flexibility in all shift timings (Night shift working preferable)

• Must have Global RTR transition experience
