How will you do it

- Responsible for the timely and accurate performance of the General Ledger, closing of books and reporting process. To execute the operations of the Record to Report on a daily basis so the IBC operational excellence and customer service objectives are realized within the given guidelines and policies.
- Deliver RTR operations, ME Closing, Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, MJE, HFM / One stream reporting etc.
- Partner with Business Finance and Stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls and to the process landscape
- Contribute ideas and action towards the continuous improvement of processes
- Support strategic projects and initiatives
- Support and drive new system implementation / ERP go live or any enhancement project.
- Support Audit and internal control testing and ensure compliance

What we look for

- Bachelor/ master's degree in finance & accounting / Chartered / Cost Accountant.
- Must have 4-7 years experience in RTR
- In-depth hands-on experience of month end closing & Reporting
- Revenue recognition experience will be an added advantage
- Expert in MS Excel
- Excellent in English communication and stakeholder management
- Flexibility in all shift timings (Night shift working preferable)
- Must have Global RTR transition experience
