Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Proposal Engineer (Electrical). The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing detailed proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications, and closely coordinating with various teams, such as sales and procurement, to develop competitive and effective solutions. Key tasks include analyzing project requirements, estimating costs, and assisting in the submission of high-quality proposals tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing for electrical engineering-related projects
  • Strong technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering to analyse project requirements and provide accurate solutions
  • Experience in Sales and client engagement to support business development activities
  • Familiarity with Procurement processes and cost estimation for project proposals
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in a proposal engineering role, especially in the electrical or technology sector, is an advantage
