Designation- Sales cum Service Engineer, 6positions (Only Male)

Experience – Freshers/1+ Years

Age – below 30

Education – ITI, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any field, B. Tech, M. Tech, Business,

Sales or a relevant field. (Mechanical, electrical & Polytechnique)

Location- Gujarat – (Vadodara, and Ahmedabad) – 1, Delhi -Dwarka - 2, Faridabad -1,

Jaipur - 1, Karnal – 1 - immediate joining

Requirements: -

· Basic Knowledge of computers (MS Office)

· Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

· Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.

· Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales Techniques & develop a robust pipeline of prospects.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

· Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with our offerings.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

· Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

· Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
