We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the brand identity of Aria Holding and its subsidiaries across diverse industries. The role focuses on ensuring brand consistency, driving awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's market presence and reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple sectors.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and subsidiaries.
- Manage and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring adherence by all departments.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to support brand positioning, product launches, and campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze awareness metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Skilled in brand performance analysis and stakeholder management.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record in driving brand consistency and awareness across diverse platforms.
- This position is based in Pune, India
