Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Office Coordinator to join the team in Khar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the stock market and experience in handling back office operations in a financial services or broking environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage back office activities including account opening and client documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the firm and clients, ensuring timely and professional client communication.
  • Assist in placing buy and sell orders on the trading system. (Training will be
  • provided.)
  • Handle stock dealing activities , including buying and selling of stocks as per
  • client requirements.
  • Maintain organized records and support day to day office operations.
  • Prepare reports and manage data using MS Office tools ( Word,
  • Outlook).

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate from a recognized university.

1-2 years of relevant experience in stock broking or financial services.

Basic knowledge of stock market operations is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Outlook).

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
