Position : Sales Co-ordinator
Location : Nerul,Navi Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 2-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process and track sales orders from initiation to fulfillment. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders.
- Customer Support: Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Provide exceptional service and resolve problems promptly.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports, track sales performance, and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordination: Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective problem resolution.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and client visits. Prepare necessary materials and agendas.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure stock availability aligns with sales forecasts.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system. Assist with CRM data entry and management.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering and analyzing market data and trends to support sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
