Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Engage with clients and offer personalized jewelry recommendations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury events.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and handle client follow-ups.

Operations & Store Support

  • Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet luxury standards.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with event logistics.
  • Handle client communications professionally (calls, WhatsApp, email).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations (luxury jewelry/watch/fashion preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fine jewelry and customer service.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
  • Flexible to work weekends and during exhibitions/events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business, or related field.
