Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Styling

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their preferences, occasion, and budget.
  • Offer expert advice on jewellery styling, trends, and pairing with outfits.
  • Create a personalized shopping experience that reflects the brands luxury and elegance.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of POME jewellery collections, materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
  • Educate customers on product features, care instructions, and value propositions.
  • Ensure jewellery displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Sales & Targets

  • Achieve individual and counter-level sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell jewellery pieces and complementary accessories.
  • Maintain accurate billing and assist in processing payments.

4. Brand Representation

  • Uphold TATA POME's brand image through professional grooming and demeanor.
  • Stay updated on fashion and jewellery trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Participate in brand training sessions and promotional events.

5. Inventory & Compliance

  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Ensure jewellery pieces are handled securely and comply with safety protocols.
  • Assist in stock audits and maintain accurate records.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Maintain customer data for loyalty programs and future engagement.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
