Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Jewellery Sales Consultant based in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra & Telangana. The role involves assisting customers with their jewelry purchase decisions, providing excellent customer service and maintaining knowledge of current jewelry trends and collections. Responsibilities include guiding clients on product selection, assisting in jewelry care advice and ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Consultants will also support visual merchandising and may collaborate with the team to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduates in any stream is Preferred. Minimum Higher secondary Education is must.
  • Excellent Regional Language Fluency + Basic English is required.
