Job Overview: As a Kitchen Manager, you will manage kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain safety standards, and oversee training while coordinating marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices in the kitchen environment
  • Manage kitchen equipment use, maintenance, and inventory tasks
  • Handle ingredient storage, mise-en-place planning, and recipe consistency
  • Process orders, manage documentation, and generate reports
  • Conduct quality checks, complaint analysis, and camera audits
  • Lead training programs and monitor equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate local store marketing activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
  • 8+ years kitchen experience including food preparation, management
  • Advanced kitchen operations knowledge
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Analytical skills for complaint analysis and equipment monitoring
  • Experience with store marketing activities
