Vacancy is for the position of HR manager for a leading school of Gurgaon

PROFILE REQUIRED :

  • HR generalist with RECRUITMENT as a major KRA

MUST HAVE had minimum 3 years of experience in K12 schools

Overseeing the complete employee HR lifecycle

Recruitment, On-boarding, employee engagement, performance management, grievance management,HR Policy Design & re-struturing, Day-to-day HR ops.

CTC PROVISIONED :

18 Lakhs p.a -- can be more by exception for those already at that level

Offers to vary with candidate current profile & CTC

  • REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role anywhere in INDIA is a MUST
  • MUST: 3+ yrs exp in HR in K12 schools

  • Preferred age : 40 to 50 years

  • Grad or post grad. PGDM in HR from an institution of repute
