The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of relevant EdTech or K12 experience, a strong record in team leadership, and a results-oriented approach to building high-performing teams.This is a strategic role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, education-driven environment and is passionate about driving people excellence.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Hiring & Talent Acquisition- Drive complete recruitment life cycle for all roles in the K12 business vertical — from sourcing to onboarding. - Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. - Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and campus hiring. - Ensure high-quality, timely closures of open positions aligned with business priorities.2. Team Leadership & Performance Management- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and HR executives. - Define recruitment KPIs and monitor performance regularly. - Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the HR team.3. HR Operations & Policy Management- Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance. - Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, and documentation through HRMS tools. - Assist in policy development, compliance tracking, and HR process optimization.4. Employee Engagement & Retention- Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention. - Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and productivity. - Partner with leadership to nurture a transparent, performance-oriented culture.5.
