Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Coordinator located in Delhi, India. The Help Desk Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing help desk inquiries to ensure prompt and effective resolution. The role also requires clear communication with team members and clients to address concerns efficiently and maintain high service quality. Additional responsibilities will include documenting solutions and contributing to process improvements.
Salary : Up to 3.6 LPA
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with help desk software and tools is a plus
