As a senior Investment Banking Analyst with 3 years experience at VOLVIE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PVT. LTD., you will play a crucial role in supporting senior bankers in the execution of transactions and the development of client relationships. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in investment banking. You will be involved in various aspects of financial analysis, market research, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research: Conduct industry and market research to support transaction execution and business development efforts. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare presentation materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation for client meetings and internal discussions.
  • Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes by gathering and organizing relevant information, conducting background checks, and assisting in the preparation of due diligence reports.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases, track industry news, and monitor financial performance of relevant companies to provide timely updates and insights to the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to ensure seamless execution of transactions and deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
