Fund Administration Manager
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fund Administration Manager to oversee the administration of a portfolio of Funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, while ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer a portfolio of funds, including updating shareholder registers, collecting subscription documents and KYC documents, and liaising with compliance departments.
- Assist Account Managers with transactions related to investors, such as subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, distributions, and transfer of shares.
- Provide support during annual audit activities by preparing TA documents and assisting with reporting duties under FATCA and CRS regulations.
- Accurately record chargeable time and value of service using Maconomy, monitor productivity, and meet weekly and monthly time/chargeability targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience within the funds industry.
- Company Secretary from ICSI to handle corporate services apart from other services.
- Strong commercial mindset, takes initiative, positive and proactive, dedicated, focused and revenue and target driven.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-developed spoken and written communication skills and the ability to tailor style to relevant audiences, and successfully liaise with people at different levels.
- Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.
