Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Head of Government Projects, based in Gurugram. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders and public sector collaborators, designing and executing strategies to align with government education initiatives. Key responsibilities also include managing regional project delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, analyzing program performance, and providing regular updates to leadership. The Regional Head will play a pivotal role in driving the success of government-focused educational projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Government Relations and working knowledge of Local Government processes and protocols.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with government officials and other stakeholders.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to assess project performance, identify challenges, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector project management and regulatory compliance practices.
  • Proven leadership abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in overseeing government or public sector projects is advantageous.
