As part of our expansion journey, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager who can drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and help us scale to the next level.
Your RoleSales & Growth
- Lead new business opportunities in AV & ELV integration across Kerala.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and deal closures.
Client Engagement
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Engage with CXO-level decision-makers, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with technical, pre-sales, and project teams for seamless solution delivery.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely execution.
- Prepare accurate, client-focused proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Insights & Reporting
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.
- Maintain updated client records and activities in CRM tools.
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves
- 5+ years' proven success in enterprise sales/account management (AV/ELV industry strongly preferred).
- Strong track record of closing large deals (₹50 lakhs+ preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of AV & ELV solutions: CCTV, access control, networking, PA, video conferencing, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Kerala market & business culture.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with leading AV/ELV brands and solutions.
- Technical certifications in AV/ELV systems.
- MBA or Master's degree in Business/Engineering.
