
Marketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Assist in developing and executing monthly content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Write compelling captions and copy that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and user-generated content.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media metrics and performance, suggesting improvements based on data insights.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and new platforms or features to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members for content requirements.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns (boosted posts, ads) and monitoring their performance.
- Support influencer collaboration initiatives and partnership campaigns.
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (internships included).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Understanding of basic design tools (e.g., Canva) or ability to brief creative requirements effectively.
- Good analytical skills to interpret social media data and KPIs.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of running Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar paid campaigns.
- Experience in photography, video editing, or basic graphic design.
- Prior work in e-commerce, automotive, lifestyle, or tech industries.
