Business Development Manager – Hari Chand Anand & Co.

At Hari Chand Anand & Co., we're passionate about building strong relationships and delivering world-class industrial solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Managerwho is energetic, persuasive, and driven to grow sales through on-ground client interaction and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit clients, factories, and distributors to promote and sell company products.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and trends.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (industrial products preferred).
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or industrial equipment sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial or garment manufacturing machines (added advantage).

Location: Kolkata (Field-based role)
