Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Executive will be responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities, collaborating with teams across departments, managing schedules, preparing and reviewing reports, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day tasks to enhance efficiency, maintaining records, and assisting in decision-making processes to achieve the hospital's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to support decision-making and improve operational processes.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for managing documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare administration is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
