Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Verification Executive at InfoAnalytica, Inc., located in Ahmedabad. The Tele-Verification Executive will be responsible for verifying and validating customer information via phone calls, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining detailed records in the internal database. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, resolving inquiries, performing quality checks, and adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and record-keeping
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in tele-verification, customer service, or BPO is an advantage
  • Professional demeanor, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is desirable
