Job Summary:
A receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They manage front desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support.
Maintain office supplies and update records.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Working Conditions:
Full-time or part-time.
Typically based in office environments such as corporate offices, medical practices, hotels, or service centers.
May require long periods of sitting and interacting with people.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹8, ₹22,017.24 per month
